Tory Policing in London

If you wish to see what happens when you put a Conservative in charge of policing….

He turns up with a confidential briefing that was not for his eyes that somehow fell into his hands. Aside from the underhandedness of getting the briefing, you have to be amazed at the stupidity of then turning up with it in full view of those who the briefing was meant for.

This is the longer piece where Deputy Mayor for Policing Stephen Greenhalgh is quizzed by the London Assembly Police and Crime Committee over the absence of Metropolitan Police Commissioner Bernard Hogan-Howe. Jenny Jones, Green Assembly Member for London puts on a great performance.
